Spending was never the hard part.

Onx Homes wanted to generate high-quality leads and sell homes at scale, in one of the most competitive and expensive advertising markets there is. Anyone can deploy a budget in US real estate. The difficulty is deploying it efficiently enough that the unit economics still work at the end of the quarter.

They needed a partner who would treat the spend like an investment and account for it the same way, not one who would report reach and call it progress.

Rebuilt the account around what converted.

We took over Meta and Google Ads end to end, then restructured rather than optimized around the existing setup.

  • Planned and managed both channels as a single system, not two separate accounts.
  • Sharpened audience targeting and rebuilt campaign structure around efficiency.
  • Ran continuous tests on creative, messaging and landing pages.
  • Reviewed performance daily and scaled only what cleared the return threshold.
  • Cut spend on anything that could not be tied to pipeline.

Cost per lead down 38%.

Over Q1 2025 we managed more than $120,000 in ad spend, contributing to over $20 million in attributed sales. Cost per lead fell from $45 to $28 while volume grew, which is the combination that actually compounds.

Working with them felt like having an extension of our own marketing team.
